About UCSE

Our vision is to become an influential and unwavering alliance of union partners, fueled by passion and dedication, working together to champion the cause of classified education professionals.  

 

We recognize each organization’s jurisdiction and agree that as members of the coalition, we mutually pledge to defend and respect each other. 

 

We are dedicated to supporting and empowering coalition partners through collaborative knowledge, exchange, tactical coordination research sharing, and promotion of best practices, all aimed at advancing the interests of classified education professionals. 

 

Coalition partners pay no dues, each pay their own expenses, the coalition itself does not have any paid staff with all work performed by coalition partner staff, and all partners adhere to a no-raid agreement. All decisions require 100% agreement among partners.
